I don't really play on here anymore. If I do happen to drop in, I am just checking to see if anything has happened recently, grabbing a daily or two, or doing events if they are running. Sorry to any friends I've had on this site for the fact that I just kind of disappeared, or if anyone ever happens to wonder where I went...yeah, I just don't play much on here anymore.

R.I.P. my crazy little beautiful boy. (February 14th, 2010 - October 17th, 2016)
You were almost 7 years old. Still so young. I hope we gave you a good life. We rescued you when you were only 4 weeks old. I am so glad to have had you in my life. So many health issues throughout the years, but over the past year it seems like your health was going downhill fast. I am glad your suffering is now over, my precious baby boy. I never really believed in heaven and all that, but I hope that wherever your spirit ends up, I hope that you are running like you never could before and chasing those bubbles you used to love to try and eat. It's going to be so hard wanting to hold you and knowing I can't, but I am going to do my best and be strong. I miss you already so much, little guy. I will love you forever and I will never forget you.

I'm sorry for your loss, a pet is more than a pet, it's a member of the family. Our pets have such unique personalities and they're unafraid to show us how much they love us. I know how hard it is to lose a pet no matter the circumstances It'll get better eventually but that doesn't help now.

It's often the hardest decision. The hope of one more week or one more day or one more minute. It's never an easy choice, but we always have to do what's best for them even if it destroys a piece of our heart in the process. I volunteer at our local shelter and it's been a heartbreaking week here too. One of our behaviorists lost her long time soul dog. A dog that broke my heart last Sunday when her owner of 13 years surrendered her at the shelter when she had end stage cancer died a few days later. You never know when your heart will be stolen or broken or shattered completely. You just have to give thanks for all the days that you did have together and eventually look toward a future where you save another life and give them the love they never would have had otherwise.

It'll get better eventually but that doesn't help now.
