"Welcome home~"If you look up 'slummy' in the dictionary, you should see a picture of Licker and his pub as an example. If not for the location, the sewers, hardly anyone would go, but the only other restaurant experience in such a place is the Gourmet Mutant shop. So its either his place or nothing for a good number of regulars.
Still, the company and atmosphere isn't so bad...for what it is. One can easily find it by looking for what looks like a rotten shack with a worn sign simply stating "Licker's".
While Licker is the pub's mixologist, Fiver (FiveNightsAtFreddys), a 'robot' that previously worked for a failed restaurant, acts as waiter and entertainment. This is another thing that customers put up with.
