Kiogon was named after a high ranking Iikai. His namesake was known for being odd even for one of the Iikai organization, so many found it strange that he of all people would be chosen in such a way.
Kiogon was born here and will stay with me for the rest of his days. No one can change the fact that Kiogon is my own.
