There are many ways you can earn MP around the site.
The easiest two are; Random Events [just by browsing Marapets you can get MP!] Games [and some are very rewarding. You can earn up to 1,500MP at a time!]
You can also restock at the main shops. [buying stuff from the main shop, and then placing it in your own shop at a higher price.] http://marapets.com/shopping.php is the place to go if you wish to buy some stuff for your shop. Chocolate can be very profitable. And many others aswell.
You can also get MP from posting on the forums. You get 60MP a post. But, spamming for a higher post count/more MP is against the rules. You will not earn any MP or post count in the advertising or spam part of the forum.

Smuggler restocks on the 36th min on the hour.. the hour however is random to me i havent figured out any pattern yet... there's alot of people out there who have different assumptions about the smuggler.. some say diffrent times... well what im sayin now is the absolute truth!!! It takes a long time to catch him and it takes persistence! Tip #1: have all the dukka coins ready Tip #2: know exactly where the item is gonna show up and keep clicking on the spot! Tip #3: dont get discouraged.. it takes me 3 days sometimes to see something show up.. trust me he will restock eventually
