The sky was filled with cylinder plastic-like tubes that connected each building to another. The complex network was control by a motherboard hidden somewhere in the smoke, below all the bustle and commotion of the upper levels of the city. Each tube was designed to make sure that each citizen reached their destination through the safest route- often times not being the quickest, and upon reaching one???s destination they were lightly lowered onto the platform below them. The man behind the counter instantly pulled a pistol from his side, and pointed it at the spot where the girl had been, but she was already gone. ???Damnit!??? He mumbled.
The girl chuckled as she pressed the orange object to her mouth, taking a bite. She chewed with satisfaction; another plan had gone off without a problem. Sure, it was only a small win- stealing fruit was child???s play. She examined her dirty dress and fingers. Glancing into a window, she s
