You need to restock a rarity 5 or more item from the Weapons shop.
Level 3
You need to find the Bolimo in the Open Graves game.
Once you have found the Bolimo and then come back here to complete your goal.
Level 4
You need to collect 10 or more Trading Cards in your
Battle Deck. When you have, view your Battle Deck
and then come back here to complete your goal.
Level 5
Complete 25 or more Elger Quests.
If you have already, visit Elger
and come back here to complete your goal.
Level 6
You need to gain a stat at the Clock Tower.
Level 7
You need to complete level 5 or higher at the Trotter's Movies mission
Level 8
You need to collect 20 or more Trading Cards in your Battle Deck. When you have, view your Battle Deck
