November Restock + Shop Filling!

Starting Nov 1, trying to restock everything from every shop that would sell for 500k or less

Trying to fill up my shop and not price it, so when I finally do, I can meet my previous goal of hitting 250mil in one week of sales history

last time I did this I spent 90 mil (across MP, RP, BP and dukkas) and hit 240 mil in sales history in one week (so close!!!) hoping to spend only 80 mil total and hit that 250 goal
