Please know what the item is worth and offer fair. BID ON THE TRADE AT THE GOING RATE and I will likely accept. (Hint - retired AU costumes usually go for more than 1 million.)

Another hint - things in Mara rarely sell for "market value" so please don't offer me 5-10k over the stated market value and pretend like you're giving me a great price. I've been playing 3+ years . . . I know better.

If you MM asking what I want for xyz, I am likely to add mp to the going rate just for the hassle of having to do the research FOR YOU and respond. This fee is a "research fee". If you don't want to pay the fee, DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK. I do accept reasonable offers.

Types of items I will take:

--Trading cards from AU or one time events
--Any AU item(s). I do not consider an AU minipet, book, cd, non-LE potion, dvd, pearl or other miscellaneous items to be worth as much as costumes (typically).
--Retired items worth the same or more MP

Values I look for:

--1 item - equal value
--2 or more items - add 10% per item offered - example: my item is worth 100,000, you offer 2 items. They need to be worth 120,000 together. 3 items 130,000 together, etc. ***(This is because it is HARDER to sell 2, 3, 4 items or more than it is to sell one.)***

i find that reasonale, but if you guys really care about your pets, then you wouldn't care to pay a little extra for your pet to look nice and happy. so common guys! i agree with whitewolf. im not trying to get on anybody's bad side, but if thats what she wants for her items, then ofcourse thats what she wants to get. let her be. if you think it's not fair, then just don't offer on her things. man making it such a big deal starts a fight.

I am not scamming you, people!! I am not sure I understand your reasoning behind ME SEARCHING TRADES to find a reasonable price for you. Just offer what the darn thing is worth!!

And then I also go on to tell you "TYPES OF ITEMS I WILL TAKE"

How is that a scam? MM the price you are willing to pay and I'll tell you if I'll take it or not. If you've done your research, you're not likely to get refused.

Seriously, it's not WORTH YOUR TROUBLE to find out what the costume is WORTH before you offer? But it should be worth my trouble to keep changing my trade description to keep up with changing prices?!?!? You are all just a bunch of lazy whiners who obviously can't read.

Extra Fees! You may be living with your costumes for some time. I do my research, but sometimes there is no clue to the going rate for an item and it is merely a question to see what you actually want for the item.

People ask me that all the time. MM you.... geesh I would hate a fee to be attached to that. If you want to add a fee, then when the unfortunate player asks you what you want for an item, add it. Advertising your fee just turns people off and they won't really want to purchase from you, your shop, anything.

When I ask what the player wants, I don't want to lowball them, I merely want to know what they want for the item. I like to play Marapets fair.

I agree FrostedChocolateMalt. And besides if you can't follow rules, you don't need to be here in the first place making our lives and trading experiences a living heck! We make rules so that we don't get scammed and Neelyakus seem simple and logical enough to me...what's wrong with the rest of you guys?
Plus she has a right to do that with the extra fee because I know when I'm looking for something I check everywhere and do my own research so that I know what to offer...why should the person trading have to tell you what it's worth??? If you want it you should know what it's worth! Plain and simple! By the way I'm sorry I made a rant in you comment box my bad please don't hate me
