I DO NOT DO PHOTO/PLATE SWAPS for the mere fact that I sell my photos and plates very cheap (no more than 100k) and I don't consider any of them to have "collectors" value. Plates/Photos should not be a way to "get rich" in Mara IMHO.

That was me back in 2012 with Kairy the cat when she was 17 years old. She went to heaven on December 5th, 2015. She was with me since April 1999.

I am a mother to 3 children two of them grown. I currently have 6 cats: Oreo, Lindsey, Larry, Ashie, Toby and Maria; that I love dearly.

UPDATE: I have been coming to Marapets often. Something I didn't expect happened; the upcoming closing of geocities. My site was there and I didn't want it deleted. In the process of moving the site I realized that 70% of the content needed updating! So I found myself needing to come back here to update those. I guess I can't leave until I can finish that. Either way, it is great to be back.

Well guys I have to say it is time for me to go and follow my new path. I have been promoted to Admin in Answers Wikia. I answered a total of 2,000+ questions and now I am the new founder of the Spanish version WikiRespuestas. It is volunteer work so I am not getting a penny.

Marapets will always be in my heart, but now I have work to do, and I barely have time to check my emails! But I am so happy I can finally employ my thoughts into something that is along the lines of the things I like to be part of. Not that Marapets is not good enough, but alas, Marapets is indeed a game. Sometimes you just have to wake up to reality and move on with life.

I will leave my pets and my things untouched. And I will visit enough to check on them. But I wont be doing missions, or playing or posting in the forums any more.

I love you all! Until later, maybe I'll come back some day.

Congratulations. I hope you do well in your new endeavor. It sounds like a nice job, even though it's volunteer work. The experience alone will help you along the way.

But always remember this...The human spirit needs some play time in order to be whole with itself. So do some play when you have a moment from your work. It will make you feel better in the long run.
