As a housekeeper and minipet caretaker, he lives a boring life by most standards. In the mornings he works in the fields, and on summer and fall weekends Swaran trades at the market to keep the mansion cupboards stocked.
There are twenty-six other inhabitants at the mansion, mostly boarders paying each week that they stay. The place is practically crawling with minipets, about seventy-seven of them. Swaran prides himself in keeping them all clean, fed, and happy. In another life he would???ve been a zoologist.

There???s a cracked gem embedded in his chest, a remnant of a power now lost. He once was a shell of his partner???s will, she held command over him and the gem. He would transform by sensing her will, shifting into anything they needed for the fight or travel. These days, one can only assume she???s dead. He never talks about the gem, her, or his time in the war.
