Azaad was brought into life as prisoner of war.
He recently has escaped, but it cost him dearly.
Now, he has lost the use of his left eye and uses glass replacement.
People still stare at the scar...
After his escape, he name himself "Azaad", meaning "free" or "liberated".
Azaad no longer remembers his real name.
Since he has no living family member or birth record, he may never find out.
On Saturday evenings, Azaad can be found at the café.
He listen to Nolana's singing to help him forget about the difficulties of life.
As much as he admire her, he cannot bring himself to tell her.
How could someone so pretty ever love a monster...?
Due to his looks, Azaad has had difficulty with finding job.
Currently, he works as local gravedigger to make ends meet.
Sometimes they have him do small construction job for more pay.
