Often Gigas hire thug to collect his money.
They strike fear into heart of the clients.
Because he is not bound by law, he use unconventional tactics.
Others just see him as street bully.
Several times he come to Kysley's café asking about patrons.
He claim too much of his money is on the street.
Kysley always refuse to give him information.
