It took me a while to decide on a theme for this giveaway but in the end it seems so obvious! People have been SO kind to me lately and I wanted to give back to our little community in a small way <3 Thank you Dani for the prize donations as well!

Rules:
Post about a time you performed a random act of kindness, or a time you were the receiver of a random act of kindness! That's all, can be on or off of mara! Smile

Please specify which prize set(s) you would like to try for.
You may enter for two prize sets, but only one major prize set.
Once this is over I will use a random number generator for each prize which will correlate with the order everyone posts! Only one prize set will be sent to each person<3

I believe in random acts of kindness and do so every year and throughout. I buy 100 or more Pink long stem roses and give them away to woman randomly every Oct for Breast cancer awareness. I select a child each year from our community action to sponsor for Christmas and buy presents, and when i see Military in uniform i pay their meal/coffee/offer my seat on plane/train/bus etc.
I am a very passionate person for acts of kindness due to being bullied growing up and i love to make people smile and laugh. I hug strangers or compliment anyone i come into contact with just to make them smile! Now that my husband passed away of Pancreatic Cancer, I am working on making chemo comfort kits to donate..like hand sanitizer, wipes, hard candies, ice pops that you freeze, tissues, crossword puzzles etc.

I absolutely love random acts of kindness and really believe they make the world a bit of a better place to be in! On mara i try my best to help out where i can, usually by giving out dream pets, or going throuhg my gallery and attic to help out with peoples collections, or sometimes just randomly boosting forums that need answers but aren't getting replies

In real life my most recent kind act happened a couple of weeks ago. I came out of the school gates after dropping my 2 sons off, to see a lot of other mums pointing at something down the road. A very small dog had escaped, but no one was doing anything to help him, I was worried as we were right by a main road

So i picked him up and carried him round the streets for a while to see if his owner was out looking for him. When I couldn't find his owner, i took him to the vets to see if he was micro-chipped, thankfully he was, and his owner was very happy to have him back

I had went to the store in a small town by us and a lady had no coat to her name because she had bought her children coats and she was a single mom -- It was snowing pretty bad and it was very very cold well without hesitation I took my coat off and gave her a hundred dollars for groceries and payed the 100$ for her purchase its been several years ago but I would do it again if I had the chance she hugged me and cried almost uncontrollable. It felt awesome to help her and anytime I get a chance I try to help other.

I'm constantly delighted with how kind and generous Addicted to Mara (and Marapets in general) players are. Wick, please don't send me anything. I'd just like to mention some players who've been so good to me: First, Moonbeam55, who befriended me when I first started playing and was discouraged. She gave me her viotto and didn't even know me. Then there's Colette (Mellow, Chickie) who arranged for me to have a viotto maker when I, like an idiot on a bad day, used an enchanted potion, thinking it was a gourmet, on that sweet little viotto. Then there's Laura who wrote something nice about me in Forums and by that act, I received something to make my sindi cotton candy. Then there's Dani who has an open heart for everyone. And I can't forget a player from Vancouver who's no longer on Mara, who sent me so many things just before she left that I thought I'd be banned taking them. And the stranger I didn't know at all who sent me his arinya because I didn't understand (at the time) what all my pets did to land in prison. There are so many people on this game that have made me want to stay on Marapets and I can't list them all here, but am shouting out to them right now and giving each and every one a big hug.

I'd like to try for prize set 4.
My story is:
My husband came home from work one day with a small badge, it was a small firefighter's badge. I looked up the fire company listed on the badge, and got hold of them on facebook. I sent a picture of it to them and asked if they knew who it could belong to. And they did, I gave 'em my contact info & the gentleman got hold of me. He lived in the next city over, about 30 minutes away & was retired and owned an antique shop. I told him I'd bring it to him and drove the 30 minute (one way lol) trip to his shop to return it to him. I have told literally no one, and no one but my husband, the fire chief who responded to my facebook message, and the retired fighter (plus his friend who was in the store with him lol) know. I don't wanna brag about it online because I didn't do it for attention, I did it because it was the right thing to do.

I've never really managed to find a Church that I wanted to attend regularly. In January of this year my sister-n-law Fran invited me to go see Scott Hamilton at her Church. She asked if I would like to continue to attend Church with her & I said yes. Fran drives over 2 hours every Sunday to pick me up; because I have no car. I am forever grateful for her kindness.

I haven't been part of the club for very long. I have no 1 instance of kindness, but of many acts of kindness. The club members welcomed me & others with open arms & big hearts. Everyone goes out of their way to help when needed. Thank you all.
