A little something from the story~ _______________________________ "Hiyashe!" Nova barked. Hiyashe looked up to see her black and brown friend. "Come on. They are waiting for us in the clearing south from here!" she barked. Hiyashe ran up the hill from the bottom of it and came next to Nova. "Lead the way." Hiyashe barked. Nova nodded then ran. "Come on faster. There about to start killing each other." Nova panted. They stopped at the edge of a hill and looked down. "Too late." Hiyashe muttered. "I'm sorry. I got to you too late Hiyashe!" Nova barked and looked down at her paws with her eyes closed. The dogs ran for each other claws and fangs shinning under the moon. "Stop this nonsense!" Hiyashe howled out loud but nobody listened to her. ______________________________
~Chapter 1~ Let's Hear It Again!
"Come on young pups. Gather around so you can hear a extrodinary story from a long time ago of the Fighting Warriors." a old sheepdog barked to a group of pups. "Come on you guys. Uncle Darby got a story to tell to us." a pup barked. "Oh I always love to hear them." one pup yipped. Then all of the pups gathered around Darby. "Settle down then I'll tell you all." he laughed. They did then sat all around him. "Long time ago far away were the mountains, and fields touched. The Enuya and Armo army were a group of fighting souls of..." he cut off. "Deer?" one pup asked. "Cats?" another asked. "Alley Mutts?" another one asked. "Alley Mutts." Darby finished his sentence. "Oh." all of the pups went except the one who got the question right. "Now let me tell the story...It all begun, some young alley mutts has a choice of leaving the life behind and join the real wild.."
Some dogs romped in the city park while the pet dogs watched from their spots. "Those mental mind mutts better get out for their own good." one of the pet dogs growled. "Shut up. This seems fun to watch them trying to kill each other." a male pet dog said. "They are not killing each other just trainning." a dog said coming from the alley. "You an mental mind mutt also?" a dog asked. "No. I bet you are living a life like you you mental mind pet doggy." the alley dog smirked then went over to the two romping young dogs. "Come on Zeke and Taru. You guys can stop fooling around and let's get Nova and Hiyashe." the alley mutt barked at them. The two dogs stopped and sat staright up. One was a pure bred doberman, the other was a pure bred German Shepherd. The doberman had a scar across his left eye, a spiked collar around his neck, lighting marks around his body, and a band around his left fore paw. The German Shepherd has a white blaze down his face, black fur, brown under belly, crystal light red eyes, and a scar across both of his eyes. "Fang Sir. Where are they any way?" Zeke asked as he sctarched the back of his ear. "They went to the Armo Army border." Fang said. "What?! that is the first time they ever got close to the border!" Taru said getting up on all fours. "Calm down. I lead them some where they shouldn't get in-" Fang said then was cut off by some barking. "Fang! They crossed the border!" one of the dogs barked as she came running in with another dog. "Where?!" Fang asked. "South from Black Lake, then three meters away from Hollow Cave." the other dog panted. "Thanks for telling us Hiyashe and Nova." Fang said then he nodded at Zeke and Taru. "No problem sir." Hiyashe barked. Then the five of them ran off back to the border, Fang howled as they ran then some other doogs emerged from the shadows and followed the group of five. "What happen sir?" one of them asked. "The Armo Army crossed the border. Leaf take half of the group and go ahead of us to check." Fang said. The grey dog noddded then divided the group and took some dogs with him. Barks, and growls were heard ahead of Leaf's group. "Were too late! Who got the Armo Army?!" Taru barked. "I don't know." Nova said. The two groups stopped and saw some of the dogs pinned down while the others stand their ground. Hiyashe's crystal white eyes darted dog to dog in the fight then she saw one certain dog then she smiled. "Blaze led it!" Hiyashe barked. Nova looked and saw the great dane. "He did!" Nova agree with her. "Blaze that silly mutt!" Fang laughed. Blaze looked up as he heard his name then his tail wagged. The Armo Arymo dogs then came running in for the new fresh group of Enuya Army Dogs. "Brace yourselfs!" an Armo dog said. "We're ready when you all are!" Nova barked in a happy tone. They dogs started fighting each other. Hiyashe pinned down a dog by the neck to the ground but not too hard. "Pleas have mercy!" the dog whimpered. "I don't ever take mercy." Hiyashe growled then she gripped down harder on the neck and tossed the dog away from here. The dog went flying back and crashed into some others. Nova grabbed a dog by the hind leg and she spinned around using the dog to hit the others. She let of the dog and it crashed into a tree. Zeke was then closed in by three dogs, one leapt for him but Zeke scratched it across the face, sceond came and Zeke gave the same wound. The last one came Zeke head butted the last dog. Taru grabbed a log with his jaws and tossed it then it hit tow dogs against their mouths and they fell on the floor in pain. The Armo Army dogs then began to retreat one by one. One of them stopped at the hill and looked down at all of the Enuya army dogs one by one then stopped on Fang. "This will never happen again. I keep my words." the dog snarled then ran off after the others. "Then keep your mouth shut Ghost." Fang growled in a low voice. "Andbody badly hurt?" The dogs gathered around him looking at each other. "No major wounds sir." a misty black dog said. "Thanks Night Shade." he said. "Come on let's get back.". Then with that he ran off and the others took off after him in a single file line. Hiyashe then ran up next to a sandy brown dog. "Heya Sand!" she barked. "Hey Hiyashe." Sand barked back. "How you liking the Enuya Army?" "Not bad. Nova really likes it also here." Hiyashe said looking over her should to see her calico colored friend. They all stopped then the group began to break up then Hiyashe and Nova were left with Fang. "You guys did a great job about your speed, and alerts." Fang said. Nova and Hiyashe bowed down. "You guys are dismissed for the day. See me at Holwer's Feilds tomorrow with Sand, Night Shade, Star, Dusk, Blaze, Bind, Zeke, Taru, and our messenger Midnight." Fang told them then left the two female dogs. "Come on. I need to talk to Silk." Nova said then got up. "Coming." Hiyashe said then the two dogs disappeared into the night, haze.
~Chapter 2~ Moon, Whisp, Night Shade
"Arahh!" Hiyashe yelled as she came running towards Dusk, Luna, and Leaf. The three of them dodged but Hiyashe jumped and grabbed Leaf by the hind leg then she tossed him away from her. He then landed on a bush. Luna came running towards her, Hiyashe turned around and kicked Luna in the face with her hind legs. Dusk came running in with his fangs gleaming. Hiyashe ran towards him. Blood spilt to the ground and the two dogs stood their biting into each others necks. Hiyashe then grabbed harder and slammed Dusk in the ground. He yelped out in pain. "Man your as though as a wolf." Leaf said coming out of the bushed then shook off. "i have to agree with him and so did Luna." Dusk said getting up. "Thanks you guys." Hiyashe barked happily. "Come on now. We need to meet Fang with the dogs he asked for." Nova said butting in the talking group. "Almost forgot! Thanks Nova." Hiyashe said. Nova smiled. "Do you know where Sand, Night Shade, Star, Blaze, Bind, Zeke, Taru, and our messenger Midnight?" Hiyashe ashed her three other army mates. "Sand, Night Shade, and Blaze are west south from here checking the borders." Leaf answered. "Zeke, Taru, Star, Bind, and Midnight went to visit Rescue and Courage at the fire and ploice station." Dusk said. "I know I am one of them." "Thanks, but can you help really quickly and get the dogs from the border patrol?" Nova asked. "Sure thing. Come on Leaf." Luna said then she ran off and Leaf followed her. "Were are we going to meet again?" Dusk asked turning to Nova and Hiyahse. "Holwer's Fields." Nova barked. "Perfect place then. But why not Fang have it here under Bone Oak?" Dusk said with a puzzled tone. "I don't know." Hiyashe said then shurgged her shoulder's. The sound of barks and howls came. The three of them turned around and saw the group with Leaf and Luna leading it. "Thanks you guys!" Hiyashe said then gave a soft nuzzle to Luna. "No problem for a friend." Luna giggled. "Come on you guys!" Nova barked then ran off with the group. "Catch you guys later." Hiyashe barked over her shoulder then ran off after the others. All of a sudden as they ran they felt sprinkles of water. Hiyashe looked around as she ran then she looked up and saw thick, grey, gloomy clouds looming over them. Then ligthing flashed across the sky, and the rain came down harder on the dogs. "Don't let the rain stop you!" Hiyashe called from the front. The dogs all gave a bark to let her know. They stopped in front of the Police and Fire Station and spotted the others. Midnight stood outside of the stations, her black wings glimmering, her golden eyes pure clear, her black beak as smooth as a wet rock, and her braclet around her left leg. "Midnight!" Dusk barked. Midnight turned her head then flapped her wings. "Greetings, young dog friends." she said. "The others inisde?" Nova asked and pointed the door. Midnight nodded her head. They all came out lead by Rescue, a pure bred dalmatian. "Greetings." Rescue nodded. "Greetings Rescue. We came here to fetch out fellow pack mates for a meeting with Fang." Hiyashe barked. "You sure can go. I told you all you need you know. Sand tell Fang about it please." Rescue faced here. "Sure thing. Lead the way you two." Sand said then faced Nova and Hiyashe. The two of them nodded then bolted off and the others raced after them. Midnight took off spreading out her black wings and following the small group of dogs.
"Wait?" one of the pups squeaked. Darby and the rest looked at the dusty brown pup. "How does Hiyashe and Nova look like? Very curious myself." the pup asked as his tail wagged. Darby shook his head then began," Ah, Hiyashe. Clever, Hot headed a few times, smart, and really protective of every innocent soul that lies in her path. She is a pure bred huskie, midnight black fur, white under belly, crystal white eyes, a cresent marking on her left shoulder, a full moon marking on the right, a necklace around her neck, and a scar across her eye. Nova was a pure bred border collie a little older then Hiyashe but still good friends. She is pure white, which is really rare to find a pure white border collie, she has very light sapphire eyes, brown paws, black muzzle, and a silver choker around her neck. Those two young mutts were the best the pack has seen a while ago." "Are they still alive?" one pup asked. "Maybe Lupen." Darby said then gave a woof. Two dogs emerged from the shadows and they appeared to be the same dogs that he just described. "Hiyashe and Nova!" all of the pups yapped then got up and circled the two of them. Darby gave them a wink. "Settle down you guys." Nova giggled. "You guys are real!" one pup barked. "Duh!" another pup barked. "Back to the story!" Hiyashe howled. Everybody then got settled down and all hushed.
They all ran splashing into every puddle they see along the way. The dogs all panted as they ran. The sun began to warm everything up. The morning was cold and wet at first as every living thing began to wake up from the lazy earlier morning. Then they finally got out of town and went to find Fang. They then slowed their pace and got in a golden, hazle field and they spotted Fang looking around not turning towards them. Hiyashe ran first doing a surprise attack but Fang acted fast and did a surprise attack on her. He jumped up on all fours and grabbed Hiyashe by the scruff and tossed her away from her. "You must keep down low. I can smell you because of the wind." he said padding over to Hiyashe. "Sorry sir." she said her ears flat against her head. "Never mind about that. The rest of you get here!" They all came padding over to him and formed a circle around him. "The Armo Amy is not going to be our only problem now." Fang said looking at all of the dosg around him. They got curious and started asking questions but Fang got up and ran off. "What's going on?" Nova said to Hiyashe. "No idea, but we got to be preapred for whatever is coming for us." Hiyashe said.
~Chapter 3~ Head Strong!
The dogs all ran for training speed test. Hiyashe kept pace with the fastes dog on the Enuya Army, Sparky. He looked behind him and saw Hiyashe. "Trying to keep up with me alley mutt." he smirked. Sand came up next to him and gave him a shove. He stumbled back, Sand gave Hiyashe a wink. "No fair!" he barked. "Don't ever mess with my friend!" Sand barked over her shoulder at him. "Good job you guys. Take a break!" a greyhound barked. He was a professinal runner of the Enuya army, Lace was her name. "Thanks Lace." Zeke panted then dropped dead in front of Hiyashe. She took a few paces back. "Take a break you guys. At sunset, near the river." Lace said then ran of on her slender legs. Hiyashe and Nova ran off together back to the city were they lived. They slowed their pace and walked past an alley. They heard growling, they then looked inside the alley, it was too dark to see anything. More growling came and then a ear spillting howl. Hiyashe and Noca covered their ears. Then a dog's dead body was tossed from the alley and landed in front of them. Nova and Hiyashe stared at it, scared, frightened, and speechless. They looked into the alley and saw red glwoing eyes. Then a figure appeared, it was an exprimented dog. He had a body of a doberman, a mane like a liom, red glowing eyes, a stich across his forehead, and some areas with no fur so it showed some skin from the inside. He had a bloody muzzle, and paws. He grinned when he saw Nova and Hiyashe. Nova and Hiyashe bared their faings, flexed out their claws, and bristled. He reared up and aimed a paw towards them. They both dodged it and they both bit down on to his neck. He had advantages because of his size, and strenght. He threw them off and they both hit the ground. "KAIBTUSE!!!!!!" one dog yelled as he came running towards us fangs glimmering, and claws flexed out. He looked up at the new comer. "Get your flithy paws of those Enuya Army dogs!!" the dog yelled again then jumped up and bit down on to Kaibtuse's neck. Kaibtuse jumped around. Nova and Hiyashe got up and went to help the dog, but then Zeke, Taru, and Fang came running in with Sand and Dusk. They all leapt on to the Kaibtuse. Kaibtuse gave up, he threw them off and ran off into the alley. The dogs all stared after Kaibtuse, then faced Nova, Hiyashe, and the new dog. "Thanks." Hiyashe said turning to the unknow dog. "No problem." he said. He was a pure bred husky, like Hiyashe, he was in tip top shape to be a good fighter, and he was a pure white husky. "The name is Flacon." "Hiyashe, and here is my friend Nova." she said in a shy voice. "That was the surpise other then the Armo Army I said the other day." Fang said. "Well, that wasn't what I expected sir." Nova said licking her paw then letting it scratch behind her ears. "Better add more dogs to the patrol then." Fang said, "Zeke and Taru. You lead on right now, take Blaze, Shadow, Stone, and Lace with you." "Yes sir Fang. Let's go Zeke." Taru said. "Right." he answered the bolted right after Taru right into the forest. "We need to get more dogs also. Hiyashe and Nova, I want you two to travel south from here to see the Koga Dogs." Fang said turning to them. "The Koga Dogs? But aren't those the ninja sort of dogs you were talking about the other day?" Nova asked. "Yes, they can be very helpful. I trusted John trained them well and gave them the skills like the three leaders but they all have the three in them." he answered, "Go right now. Bring half of the Enuya Dogs with you." "But sir, the Armo army has increased in size since Akakabuto has been brought down." Hiyashe whimpered. "An order is an order! Get them and go south! We can manage ourselves!" Fang growled at Hiyashe. She backed down a little, but then she stood back up again, "As you wish sir. Come on Nova." "Eh..Wait for me!" she said then scampered right off after Hiyashe took off.
~Chapter 4~ Eh?! Not You Low Life Mutts Again!
Nova and Hiyashe already left the town from view, now they were at the mountains going up the steep cliffs. Sand almost tripped but Dusk grabbed her by the scruff on her shoulder blade. She stood there wide eyed looking down, she then was pulled back. "Thanks Dusk." she said chattering a liitle. He nodded, "Move on then." Sand ran up right after Hiyashe trying not to trip again. A hawk flew up in the sky, the group looked up to see it was Midnight. "Guys! Watch out a harsh storm blizzard is coming in tonight. The Armo Amry is out here, be careful!" she screeched. Luna nodded, "Thanks for the heads up!" Midnight screeched out again and flew off back to the town. "We better hurry then and find shelter. It will be hopeless to find the Koga Dogs in this storm." Nova said ducking her head down a little. A sudden gush of wind blew in and made most of the dogs tumbled, Leaf tripped and was about to fall but a streak of black fur jumped over the group and caught Leaf. He looked to see one of the Koga Dogs having a hard grasp around his paw, "Thank." Leaf panted. "No problem, just be more careful next time." he answered then placed Leaf down. "Thank for rescuing my comrade." Hiyashe barked. "No problem. Name's Tesshin." he said. "Leader of the Koga Dogs?" Jade asked. "Yes I am. You guys Fang's followers?" Tesshin asked. "Yes Tesshin." Nova said, "We came here to find you guys." "You came to the right place. Hurry and follow me. I'll make get you guys some food and some shelter for tonight. so get cuddled up and sleep next to each other, it ain't going to warm tonight." Tesshin spoke as he climbed up the mountain side. Hiyashe glanced down and a pebble fell down. She whined and pressed herself closer to the wall. Tesshin glanced behind and sighed, "Let's move faster, if we spend any more longer down here I'll bet on you will fall and I have to chase down after you before you plunge into the water." Dusk glanced towards him wide eyed, "Let's try to run it. Tesshin giude us please." The Koga Dog nodded his head and he began to run the others were struck, but they began to follow in a fast pace. Nova glanced down once in a while to see the small town disappearing, she turned to see Hiyashe quietly following with Leaf behind her. After a while they came upon a huge hollow cave and the warmth finally came crawling back to them. Nova curled up in one corner and Dusk came beside her settling himself.
