Before you ask me to make you a graphic, you must know these rules:
1. Please have your money ready, if you do not have the money, I won't make it for you until you do. 2. You must pay the original price (price without tip) even if you don't like what I make. 3. Be patient! Making graphics and layouts is tough and takes time. If you think I am taking too long, please ask someone else to make you the graphic. 4. I will not give you the code until you pay for it. 5. For layouts, I will MM you a preview of the banner, but I do not finish the rest until you reply.
