1) Cost is 30k. Sometimes more if you give me a complicated request
2) I have a life. Your signature will not be done in five minutes. If you ask me on the right day, you will get your sig on the same day. Ask me when I'm busy, and It could take a couple days.
3) If I don't mail you back, its because I don't want to do your request. Or because I haven't been online.
