I have a club that I own and am not looking to join another. If you're looking for a club, feel free to check mine out. It's Stargate Atlantis themed, but there will be other stuff discussed there besides the show.

I completely forgot I even had an account here until I got a email about the vault and came back to check things out. The loyalty prizes were a HUGE and very pleasant surprise.

I don't hang around the forums much as I find them FAR too cliquish with too many kids trying to play at being moderators. If you're an adult and are literate, feel free to drop me a line to chat or friend me.

If you're interested in joining The City of the Ancients, you can maramail me for an invite. If you're just looking to join long enough to snag our 1MP auction items, don't bother. If I catch anyone doing that, you will be banned from ever being able to join the club.

* People that use "chat speak". GAH! Just use proper English, forcryinoutloud!

* People mailing strangers and begging for MP/RP/BP, items, or votes.

* People on the forums that like to play moderator and stalk the forums looking for posts to comment with a "don't do that!" response, rather than anything even remotely helpful.

* People that post the SAME bloody thing as someone else JUST posted in the forums.

* Posts in the forum full of "agreed", "yeah", "what she/he said". *headdesk* That, THAT is what I call SPAM! Someone responding to two questions in a row, THAT is NOT what I call SPAM. Personally, I think that particular "double posting" rule should be amended to reflect that - I find it FAR, FAR more irritating seeing 15 people agreeing with something in the above manner than I do someone making two posts in a row that actually have something to say.

* People that drive the prices of items that SHOULD be worth more MP down because they want quick money. >.< GOD! People that drive the price of well priced items down to next to nothing, while pricing worthless items at 10 times their going price!!! Drives me BATTY! If you don't know how to properly sell something, you shouldn't be selling anything! >.< Use the freaking shop search! And if you want to be the first one showing up, drop a FEW MP, not tens of thousands so that you totally screw over everyone else trying to sell the same item by making theirs worthless!!!

* Again, moderator wannabes. BEYOND irritating. Just cause you've been here for a while doesn't mean you have magic moderator status, stop stalking the forums trying to lay a smack down on people to make yourself feel self-important. It's petty, and immature, and ridiculously annoying!!!

* That there is no where for ADULTS (being over 18 doesn't make one a true adult), to talk. There should be an 18-29 board and a 30 and older board. THAT, I would pay money for, not a board where a bunch of twenty somethings are playing at being adults (adulthood requires more than just age - it requires maturity! ) .

* People that post 10-30 of the SAME FREAKING ITEM on the auctions, over and over and FREAKING OVER again!!! NO ONE should have TWENTY FIVE PAGES of auctions in the span of an hour!!!

* People that price items that are worth like 1MP for 100,000MP. Are you freaking serious?! *headdesk* We can SEE, right on the page how much the lowest is going for on the SS. Do you really think someone is going to pay like a hundred thousand times what your item is actually worth???? *facepalm*

Sometimes I think some of the people playing mara are just here to see how much they can annoy someone.

I can't stand people that play those kinds of games, where they're haggling with you over and over until you finally agree and then they've changed their minds, or people that mail players teasing them in a "do you want what I have?" kind of way, saying they'll give someone something and never follow through. SO aggravating.

Yeah, that would drive me nuts too and it has, one of the worst is when people beg you to sell something and just when you finally get a good offer from them they say Nevermind! thats really annoying!
