Staff have replied with the following message: I know, I'm having the same problem with my pet. I'm currently in debt 150 crystals. I'm not going to stop training my pet just because Ian can't be bothered to fix it. Just keep using the gym and I suppose we will have to pay the crystals eventually when it's fixed. I did ask Ian again today to fix it....
