Pale teal with medium teal leopard style pattern covering it's body - the entire fur fading to a slightly darker teal near the paws, tips of the ears and end of the tail (minus the 'seperate' bit which will be a different colour and is on many of the others). The bit around his mouth (chin? No idea what to call it) will be in a teal slightly darker than the spots. Also, a dark teal scarf with very pale teal "sparkles" on it - but not coming off of it. Fur on chest and end of tail flecked with different grays and teals (well more stripes or streaks than flecks but hey ho). Silvery-gray leaf like wings (like your double wings basically) with a dark gray outline/membrane/whatever-it-is and a slight teal glow. Also add a dark gray top hat at it's side and possibly a similary coloured walking stick/cane lying in front of him (cos mine's Ye Olde English). All seems to glitter in a mixture of teals and grays around the outside of the Cakester too but only slightly or it will make him look less of a man which is bad. Also give him teal eyes - one darker than the other - and make the bit of it that is usually black a very dark gray.
