58 translatorahahha, i've done 320 quests and i've about 120k spy points
i'm not sure how many mps i've spent, sorry 0 FruitaholicAha not even a rough estimate? 58 translatorerm, well each quest generally gives you around 500 SPs and costs around 400 - 2.5k MPs (from my experience, anyway) 0 FruitaholicOkay.
So it probably costs around 5 mil to get 1mil spy points.

It cost me about 7.5mil and took 2677 spy quests to get 1 mil spy points!
