SO TODAY I was walking down the streets of Seattle when someone stopped me to talk. I assumed he was a Mormon, or a "save the animals" person, because those are the only people who talk to me out in public, but I stopped and talked to him anyways.
He asked me what I was doing in life & I told him I was striving to become a nurse, because back when I had tried to take my own life, the nurses I had encountered turned my entire life around, and my only goal in life was to be that hero to someone else. We talked for about twenty minutes about my past and how hopeful I was for the future now that I am out of that dark place--
Turns out that the man I had been talking to was Paul Allen, the co-founder of Microsoft (?!?!?!?!) Which put so much together because my school at the University of Washington has an entire building named after him. And I had no idea who he was until he explained who he was and how he and his friend made a start-up company that no one thought would get very far.
Anyways, he told me that he liked my determination and my ambition so much. He asked me how much longer I had of school & I told him two years.
Without saying a word, he wrote down a some things here & there and handed me a check for $200,000 and told me that he hoped this would leave me debt-free after all my schooling.
I have no idea how to react because this COMPLETELY NORMAL but NOT NORMAL man just changed my life and I am sitting here in awe and hoping to God that this isn't a dream.

WOW, that right there just proves that there clearly is a purpose to your life, even if at one point in time you didn't believe it was so.
