They always said she looked so innocent.

The way her hair fell across her face.

So quiet, So pure.

If they could only see her now,

Is she alive?

Does that girl still exist?

Possibly, in the darkest recesses of her mind.

The child is sleeping.

Deep within the pits of her mind,

She was always there.

Nobody noticed her, or so she thought.

They were watching her.

She sat in the corner of the room.

Gazing out from blonde locks.

Her blue eyes and small frame,

They never changed.

She was like a porcelain doll.

She looked so frail, so gentle.

Hard-hearted underneath her beautifully innocent frame.

She wasn???t what everyone thought she was.

If they saw her now, they???d know.

The epidemy of innocence they thought she was never existed to begin with.

If they looked into her blue eyes now.

They???d see me.
