I see you.
MommaCats
This was my baby Figaro. He and his sister Cleo were rescued from a dumpster in the little town I live in. He was the best cat ever.

This is his sister Cleo. She was always the "pretty" cat. She now has a cauliflower ear because she loves to run full speed through the house - and sometimes can't stop. She is very motherly and caring of her family, if anyone makes a noise that concerns her, she comes right to us to take care of us. She is the second best cat ever.

Funny that Fig got sick and is no longer with us. Cleo has always been the frail one; she cannot tolerate food that has any kind of grain or gluten. She is also my "pica' cat, will eat anything that is laying around, string, ribbon, plants, what have you.

Just added out newest member, still unnamed kitten. I rescued it (don't know yet if we have a boy or a girl) from a feral litter, certain the mom was once someone's pet, a Maine Coon. "Baby" seems to be settling in, have a vet appointment in a few days, will know more after that. He needs a bath and has a bunch of matted areas, his coat is not conducive to living in the wild.

This is his sister, he also has a another sibling that looks just like him. Both are too shy to pick up.

I will have to update the pictures, and the whole story, but the Baby is Hobbes, an absolute sweetheart.

  • Grumpycat 68 Grumpycatsorry you lost your cat he was beautiful hope he diddnt suffer too much
  • MommaCats 75 MommaCatsWe were lucky to have him for 14 years. He never tried to bite or scratch anyone and he always had an earnest expression on his face. If spoke to him, he answered back as if we were speaking the same language. He also shook hands, sat up and fetched. As soon as I knew his condition could never improve, I did what was best for him so he would not suffer. The last thing he knew was being held and stroked by me and his other family members. His last moments were full of love and peace.
  • karlaynanoelle 75 karlaynanoelleI am so sorry you're little cat passed away. The good thing is he knew he was loved & that will be what he remembers ! Cleo is so cute ! My Cleo also eats everything in site on the floor, if you don't pick it up you can be sure she will try to eat it. hahaha.
  • MommaCats 75 MommaCatsThanks for you kind thoughts, Fig was not a "little cat", however. He was huge, when he stretched out he was over 4 feet long and 18 pounds of muscle, no fat. Cleo = vacuum
