Cheesecake stuffed strawberries

These are really good, and never even make it to the fridge when I make them for cookouts.

What you need:

1 pound strawberries
1 brick cream cheese
3-6 tablespoons powdered sugar (3 for not as sweet 6 for sweeter)
about 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs

Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow them out.

In a bowl mix the cream cheese and the powdered sugar. Spoon the mix into the hollowed out strawberries.

Dip the top of the stuffed strawberries into the graham cracker crumbs.

Chill in the fridge until you serve them or serve right away, your choice!

Just a note if you have left over mix drop small spoonfuls into the graham cracker crumbs and make sure they're fully coated. Take them out and you have small cheesecake bites Smile

Of course chill until you serve them or serve them right away.

omg Dani thats a dinner my Mom use to make ... and on holidays she would do the whole pineapple and cherries on her ham. I miss her and her cobbler. Thats one thing I never learn to make, it just never came out so well lol theres definately a knack to it

@blooddrop I have fun with cooking for sure Smile

I tend to make more desserts and treats than anything, my husband does most of the cooking at home. Tomorrow we're having a ham dinner and I'm making a peach cobbler or an apple crumble for it. I haven't decided which yet, but both will be good I think Smile

Next time I make them I'm thinking I'll try adding in just a teaspoon of vanilla. I like them how they are but I'm always trying to improve things lol.
