My Trick or Treating Doll:

Dress as any character from "Mystic Messenger"
I've never played, but i googled and picked Jaehee Kang:

Dress Using 2 items with the word Witch in it and the Color Black, Yellow, Blues
(i used the wicked witch hat, witch flats and witch dress)

Dress in Black White and Orange Using Wings and Tail.
