Maraforce.com is the official guide, it's up-to-date (mostly) and has a newbie guide. Even players who've been here consistently for many years use it as reference.
Do the shield goals, they take you in stages through the site. And play the games, you can earn LOTS of MP just from that! And feel free to check out the forums and ask questions, our community sets us apart from all other sites.
