Wacky Workshop is different from other Level/Star games. Score it tied by the level itself, the stars earned, but ALSO by the number of remaining moves left at the end of the game. (Although it matters less, it matters.) There's also a slight randomness with how the pieces are placed at the beginning of the level, so try again if you think you had a perfect game but didn't get 3 stars.
Whenever it applies, I'll include a score range for the number of moves left.
