This issue is caused by slow site cache. It mostly affects Instruments, Transformations, Books, and Gourmets

1. Close all your tabs and sign out of Marapets.
2. Open the site again in only one tab.
3. Add another pet collection item that's missing. For you, another CD.
4. You can try adding another item from that one tab for the other missing collections.
