Level Five:Complete 35 Santa Claws quests. Reward - Biala T Shirt

Level Six:Win at Newth Racing. Reward - 2,500MP

Level Seven:Win a prize at the Christmas Tree.(I had been earlier & didn't win but went back & was able to complete the goal without winning)

Level Eight:Have 25 stamps in your album and view it. Reward : 5,000MP

Level Nine:Complete 50 Snowman Quests. Reward - Biala Potato

Level Ten:Complete 65 Santa Claws quests

Level Eleven:Have a Snow pet & view it's profile. Reward - Jar of Ice

Level Twelve:Have A Viotto pet & view it's profile. Reward - Blitzen Horns

Level Thirteen:Have 40 stamps in your Stamp album. Reward - Snowball Plushie

Level Fourteen:Complete 75 Snowman quests.

Level Fifteen:Complete 100 Santa Claws quests.

Level Sixteen:View your Ice Fairy pet's lookup.
Reward - 10,000 MP

Level Seventeen:You MUST complete level 4 or higher of Blitzen. Reward - 20,000 MP

Level Eighteen: You need to collect 50 or more Stamps in your Stamp Album.
Reward - Biala is Melting

Level Nineteen: View your Ice coloured pet's profile. Reward - Biala Sword

Level Twenty:You need to complete Level 8 of Blitzen.really its 9.
Reward - 30,000MP

Level Twenty One:Complete 125 or more Snowman Quests.
Reward- Biala Shield

Level Twenty Two:You need to own any Elf coloured pet
Once you own an elf pet, view its profile and go back to complete your goal.
Reward-Flaydor

Level Twenty Three:You need to collect 60 or more Stamps in your Stamp Album.
When you have, view your Stamp Album and go back to complete your goal.
Reward-40,000MP

Level Twenty Four:You need to win a prize on the Fruit Machine game
Then go back to complete your goal.
