Just as a bit of an update.. My gallery now contains all the items i have purchased off the back of all your great advice.

Recent AUs costumes (that gives avatars) or AUs LE potions. The best investment is Chibs potions, but they are not on AUs anymore. It is hard to pick which ones will inflate, just go with your instinct. I just sold a wizard stamp for 25M and I remember buying them off of Shop Search. In the end, just think what AUs items people will want to buy and invest.
