Just need to rant a little bit about this! If you have your status majigar saying you are ACCEPTING friends, then you should probably, accept the friends! If you are not going to accept requests then make it not accepting!!!!!
I keep my friends requests open just incase I become friends with someone then they can add me if they're not accepting.

Sometimes they do it by accident, it's happened to me before actually.
I'm just not accepting now because someone was bothering me and I didn't feel like blocking them, and don't want them adding me to MT me again
