Okay, so I've seen this way to many times and I am getting really annoyed now.. Here is a way a board title will go " I'm not a newbie, but I don't get this"
Seriously guys, WE DON'T CARE WHETHER YOU ARE A NEWBIE" Even many experienced members need help too sometimes. But there isn't a specific forum that says " Regular help or Experienced Member Help"
You post on the Newbie Help Forum to have help, not to point out that you aren't a newbie but still need help. People here help you not because you are a newbie or an experienced member, it's because they are kind-hearted and decide that they will lend a hand and answer your question.
