This time of year can be so hard on someone suffering from depression.
Please be supportive, patient and understanding.
The person does not know, most times, when they are lashing out, acting unfairly and sulking around.
Remember, they have no control over this.
Love and support and praise when needed.

Thank you for posting this.

I suffer from depression and this year has been exceptionally hard on me.. after multiple losses. I'm probably impossible to handle some days in truth.
